Talking Your Talk

Mandy Sangha

So many times you hear people say 'I shouldn't have said that' or "You shouldn't have said those mean things' but and I realised today that you should have! If you say every word that comes into your head it is just you expressing what you and Spirit think. Now since I have started doing this yes, I have lost a lot of friends and upset a lot of people, I'm not gloating about that, its difficult and very sad on occasions but if you do not 'speak whats on your mind or in your heart' you are not being true to yourself. You are not being the real you and I can think of many instances where people have said, 'wow, I don't recognise that person now' when actually they're just being their 'true selves'; the one they should have been all along.

Mostly we don't 'speak our truth' out of fear of being disliked but surely we'd rather be loved for being the 'real you' than for a 'false image' of ourselves.

So, on that note, 'go be you' and see what people think, but don't change now you have let that Phoenix out of the cage, its time to 'move forward' and show the World your new feathers.

Love, light and healing in the name of Jesus. Mandy xxx
