Some time ago I realised that my Guides were pointing out things to me and 'holding my gaze' on them. For example, years ago it was the Sun. Pictures of the sun, the word 'sun' would jump out at me etc. etc. I got so frustrated at one point that I said out aloud 'what do you want me to know about the sun? And that's when I discovered that the sun has an affect on us, it flares and when it does it 'wobbles us'; it literally, 'wobbles us off our path'.
Then, it was animals; 'they' would hold my gaze on a particular animal, picture of an animal or the word in a document or advert or book and I knew instinctively, from experience, that 'they' were trying to tell me something new. And so, I started to research the characteristics of animals and there is a lot of matter out there about the message that animals can send us. I perceive it that it is literally a message from God at that particular time for me to receive. Now if you don't believe in God, replace Him with Universe or Divine Power, or Inner Self or whatever makes you comfortable. Whatever your beliefs someone or something is trying to send a message to you on your path to help and aid you.
For example, as I sat down to do my blog one of my beautiful dogs brought out one of their 'animal totems'; they have numerous cuddly toys, mostly animals and whenever they bring them to me I see that as a message from them to me. Now I found this wonderful website that has different messages for animal totems every time you access it; its called www.spirit-animals.com and the message that I was receiving for crab at this point was 'Time to come out of your shell and be yourself. Stop hiding' which is so appropriate considering I have rather neglected my blog of late, probably because my self esteem is low, for whatever reason. I have said many times that the Devil does not want me to 'spread my light' and has been having a very 'good go at me' for a while but I'm back. xxx
